Lesjöfors is a full-range supplier of
standar springs and bespoked springs, wire and strip
components. Lesjöfors was established in 1675. Spring
manufacture started in 1852. These days the group is owned
by Beijer Alma, a listed company, and one of Europe´s
leading manufacturer of spring products.
The company´s activities are organized
in three areas. Strip components, wire forms and aftermarket
products for cars and other vehicles.
Lesjöfors constantly advances its market position through
acqusitions and natural groth. At present there are
manufacturing or sales offices in Sweden, Finland, Norway,
Denmark, Germany, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Latvia, Korea
and China. Quality and environmental care ar very important
for Lesjöfors. The company are certified to comply with the
quality and environmental requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and
ISO 14001
Mission:
To create a common management
system with the possibility to adapt to the individual
units. The users must be able to access their own system but
at the same time have an overall knowledge of the group´s
overhead system.
Condissions:
The system must be scalable
and easy to use and also possible to implement worldwide.
Another important issue was the possibility to present the
management system on web servers. The IT-department demanded
it to be easy to upgrade and to add more units without to
much trouble.
Solution:
AutoFlowChart was installed
on a common server with an instance for each company. This
means that each company has its own "area" to work in. The
configuration gives the group quality manager a total
overview of the groups system and also the possibility to
update were ever it is needed.

Systems
Powerpipe is one of the
leading suppliers of preinsulated piping systems. We develop,
manufacture and market preinsulated pipes for district
heating and cooling systems, and for industrial applications.
In a close-to-the-customer co-operation we continue to
develop and improve our engineering techniques as well as
the product quality. Reliable deliveries and the ability to
adjust to the customers are key objectives in our work
aiming to increase also the surplus value for our customers.
Tolerans
Producer of stitching systems that are exporeted all over
the world. Stitching makes the newspaper easy to navigate,
gives it longer life time, and ensures recycling. Stitching
also gives better packaging of supplements and adds value to
the advertisers.

DataChassi solution is more than an alarm as it also
provides a wireless communication platform that open up new
opportunities in logistics management as well as in various
safety applications.
Bolon AB
Bolon med ca 30 anställda tillverkar
företaget i huvudsak förtältsmattor och heltäckningsmattor
för offentlig miljö. Större delen exporteras, främst till
Frankrike, Nederländerna, Tyskland och USA. Bolon, som finns
i Ulricehamn, är ISO 9000 och ISO 14000 certifierade och
använder Netforms AutoflowChart för sitt ledningssystem.

Johnson Metall is Scandinavia´s largest producer of plain
bearings, bars, tubes and castings in bronze. Production
facilities can be found in Sweden and Finland and sales
companies in Denmark and Norway. Headquarters is located in
Örebro, Sweden.
Luma Metall
Luma Metall is an independent producer with its head office
and production plant in Kalmar, Sweden.
Luma Metall has 75 years of experience in producing fine
wire products in tungsten and molybdenum. We also have over
50 years experience in gold plating tungsten and molybdenum
wires. Luma Metall AB have added fine and super fine wires
in other materials such as copper, beryllium copper, brass,
stainless steel, silver and monel for plating purposes to
the production.
